About Us
Par & Pour is an Edmonton social destination bringing together contemporary dining, crafted cocktails, indoor golf and private events in one thoughtfully designed space.
Developed by Royal Developments, Par & Pour was created to offer an elevated yet approachable experience centred around great food, drinks and genuine hospitality.
The food, beverage and hospitality vision is led by Antosh Shetty, former Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald. Drawing on years of luxury hospitality experience, Antosh brings a focus on quality, thoughtful service and memorable guest experiences.
Leading the culinary experience is Chef Jiju Paul CCC, whose approach to the kitchen is rooted in quality ingredients, thoughtful execution and flavours designed to bring people together. His menu complements the social spirit of Par & Pour, balancing elevated dining with an approachable experience guests can enjoy whether they're joining us for dinner, drinks, a round of golf or a celebration.
Together, Antosh and Chef Jiju bring a shared commitment to hospitality, creating an experience where food, beverage and service come together seamlessly.
